My First 3 Orders

(and why they meant everything)

I officially made my first 3 sales.

And they all ship out today.

Which feels surreal, because not that long ago this was just an idea I couldn’t stop thinking about.

Now I’m packaging real orders that people trusted me enough to buy.

And yes… my family absolutely came in clutch and made up those first three orders 😂

But honestly? That makes it even more special.

Because this hasn’t just been me sitting here trying to figure everything out—it’s turned into something my whole family is part of.

My husband has been helping with the technical stuff, and keeping me grounded when I start overthinking everything (which is often).

My kids have jumped in helping with website design, social media, brainstorming, and just being excited about it with me.

And then something happened that I didn’t expect at all.

The woman I buy my glitter from—Glitterlambs—posted about my work on her blog.

And I don’t even know how to explain that feeling.

Seeing someone in the industry, someone I already respected, take the time to support what I’m building… it meant a lot.

Like… a lot.

It made everything feel more real.

Right now, this business is still in its early stages. I’m still learning, still tweaking things, still trying to get everything exactly how I want it.

But this week felt like a shift.

From “idea” → to “this is actually happening”

So here’s where I’m at:

3 orders down

A whole lot more to learn

And a support system I didn’t fully realize I had

If this is what the beginning feels like, I’m really excited to see where this goes.
